Its text describes helping visitors find financial education providers, while other visible passages discuss connecting them with a broker. Public registration-confirmation wording is also present. Those observations supersede the earlier retrieval failure in the internal research history. They do not show a completed referral, authenticate a provider or prove that any learning or trading service was delivered.
An education introduction and a broker introduction are different roles
The first accountability question is what the visitor actually requests. An introduction to a course supplier, permission for a callback and an agreement for a financial account need not have the same recipient. Ask the publisher to identify the intended recipient and the purpose of the handoff before treating the form as access to trading tools.
