A direct capture on 21 September of the Model Maxalt Opt homepage advertised a 350 CAD starting amount, automated execution and a registration form. It also contained a received-request message in the public response. No signup was submitted as part of that capture. The advertised amount is recorded as page wording; it is not a verified fee, tested deposit requirement or finding about eligibility.
Public signup language is not an account agreement
The operator record needs to explain the step between submitting contact details and accepting an account agreement. Who would issue that agreement, collect any money and answer a dispute about the service? Ask for the complete quotation under the company name, with the currency and the service covered. The promise of a free account does not, by itself, define which later activity the quoted starting amount would pay for.
What would change this record
We would need a matching company document and offer-specific terms before turning the promotion into a product specification. A number on the homepage cannot fill the fields for payment recipient or contractual responsibility. No deposit, transaction or withdrawal was attempted, and the public statistics and testimonials were not independently verified.
