Decision support and trading need separate accountable parties
For a business record, the distinction affects who should answer each question. The publisher of an analytical output may be different from the party accepting an instruction or maintaining an account. Ask the offer's sender to identify those roles in writing and attach the applicable terms for each. One site's disclaimer should not be silently combined with the other site's promotional benefits to create a composite product that no document describes.
What would change this record
A useful clarification would explain which domain a customer is meant to use, who signs the agreement and what happens if an analysis-related complaint concerns an actual transaction.
